Our first program of the year will feature the man behind Trees for Kingwood, a volunteer organization with a mission to help the community live up to its nickname. Thanks to our craft team of Phyllis Bost and Jane Marvin, club members were able to explore their creative side at our November meeting of the Lake Houston Gardeners. Jane Marvin and Phyllis Bost Phyllis and Jane provided bushels of painted and plain pine cones, ribbons, painted frames and vine wreaths as raw materials for the evening. Many other members also brought woodland inspired supplies, as well as glue guns and shears to bring a huge array of choices to the crafters
